COMPACT STRAND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
• We have worked for many years to improve and perfect strand compaction, referred to as the Dy-Pac process, which increases the steel area of a strand. This results in enhanced rope strength, reduced rope wear and increased flexibility under load.

DEVELOPED AND IMPROVED FULL ROPE COMPACTION
• Wire Rope Industries is one of the only manufacturers worldwide to have perfected full rope compaction, also known as swaging. This specialized process compresses overall rope diameter for a higher steel-area-to-rope-diameter ratio and results in an extremely strong, rugged rope which can be used for the most demanding applications.

FULLY CONTROLLED CORE MANUFACTURING
• At Wire Rope Industries we manufacture our own rope cores and employ special manufacturing techniques including synthetic stabilization, plastic enhancement, and lubrication optimization. These special techniques maximize core diameter consistency, minimize elongation, provide superior strand support, and limit rope stretch.
